We collect what you give us when you ask about a rental, schedule a showing, apply, request a rental analysis, or contact us. That can include your name, phone number, email, mailing address, and details about the property or rental you’re interested in. Rental applications are processed through our property management software, AppFolio, and its screening partners under their own privacy policies.
We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule and confirm showings, process applications, manage leases and properties, communicate with owners and residents, and meet legal and fair housing requirements.
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send messages about your inquiry, showings, applications, leasing, and occasional rental updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our CRM, texting, and property management platforms), with property owners we represent as needed to lease their property, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
