The 60-day leasing guarantee

If we don't lease it in 60 days, you don't pay the leasing fee.

The 60 days start when your home is rent-ready, photographed and listed. They end when a qualified applicant is approved and the lease is signed.

What makes it work

  • Responses to renter inquiries within minutes, seven days a week
  • Showings offered within 48 hours, Monday to Saturday
  • Listings on Zillow, Apartments.com and the major rental sites
  • A written update to you every week

Terms apply. The guarantee requires listing at our recommended rent, adjusting price if fewer than two qualified applications arrive by day 21, and approving any applicant who meets our published criteria within 48 hours. Housing authority processing time is excluded. The guarantee covers the leasing fee only. Full terms are provided with your management agreement.
